Nice presentaton flawed by improper flag display Hopewell Township Veterans Memorial

This memorial was recently erected in front of the township offices. It's a nice memorial, but somebody isn't paying attention. The designer obviously allowed enough flagpoles to fly the US flag and the SIX service flags, but on the day I visited the Coast Guard flag and Merchant Marine flag were not up - in their place were the Pennsylvania state flag and another I did not recognize.
